We go beyond aesthetics, carefully evaluating your irrigation system (or recommending a new one if needed), addressing drainage issues, assessing soil conditions, and ensuring the health of your existing plants and trees. 1. Get in Touch

Let's have a brief call to ensure we're the ideal landscape design team to bring your vision to life.

2. 15-min Phone Consultation

We will have a detailed discussion to understand your goals, needs, and budget, ensuring that our approach is tailored to meet your expectations and deliver exceptional results.

3. Onsite Meeting

A site visit where we explore your property, listen to your needs, and offer personalized ideas and recommendations.

4. Design Phase

A carefully developed, fully comprehensive design plan, scaled to perfection, ensuring every detail of your project is captured with precision and accuracy. Within two weeks of your on-site meeting, we will present the initial 3D rendered design, either online or in person, depending on your preference. If revisions are needed, they are typically completed within four days.

5. Design Approval

Once the design is finalized, we'll review the installation cost estimate and project timeline with you. Upon your approval of the proposal, you'll sign the agreement, and we will schedule the project. We'll also go over the payment schedule for the upcoming phases of your project. Upon design approval, a progress payment schedule will be established for the duration of the project. No deposit will be collected prior to the commencement of work. 6. Installation and Work

Our goal is to make the installation process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you. We will inform you in advance of our arrival, outline the work to be done, and explain how we plan to do it. If a large delivery is necessary, we will coordinate with you to find the most convenient drop-off location. Throughout the construction process, you'll receive weekly updates, and our landscape estimator will visit the jobsite once a week to provide you with progress updates and ensure everything

7. Final Walthrough + Ongoing Maintenance

At the completion of your project, we will walk through your landscape with you to ensure your satisfaction with the work. This is also when we will review any applicable warranties and discuss requirements for ongoing maintenance. If you plan to handle maintenance yourself, we can offer tips and advice. Alternatively, we can outline our professional maintenance programs should you prefer expert assistance.
